Appointment texts, only if you ask.

The Gentlemen’s Suite offers optional text messages about your own appointment. They are never marketing, never required to book, and you can stop them at any time.

Program sender: The Gentlemen’s Suite · Spring, Texas

How to opt in

Appointment texts are requested on this website — while booking, or later from your reservation-management page. No one is enrolled automatically.

  1. Open the-gentlemens-suite.com and choose Book.
  2. Select your service, then a date and time.
  3. At the Your details step, enter your name and your own mobile number.
  4. Under Operational notifications, tick the checkbox labelled “Appointment texts from The Gentlemen’s Suite”. It is unchecked by default and must be ticked deliberately.
  5. Confirm the booking. Your choice is stored with that reservation.

If you already have a reservation, you can turn appointment texts on or off from its secure reservation-management page (Manage reservation on this website), which shows the same checkbox and the same wording.

With or without a reservation, you can also choose from Text preferences (the-gentlemens-suite.com/?text-preferences=1, or Find my booking). We email a six-digit code to confirm it’s you, then show the same checkbox and the same wording. No account is needed.

Once your standing text preference is on — chosen on your first booking, after confirming your email when you book again, or in Text preferences — later bookings with the same mobile number keep it, and you don’t need to tick the box again. A tick on any other booking covers that booking only. A different number needs its own tick.

Entering a mobile number alone never enrols you. The checkbox stays disabled until a valid mobile number is present, and consent is recorded only when you tick it yourself.

What you receive

Only messages about your own appointment:

  • booking confirmation;
  • appointment changes, reschedules, and cancellations;
  • a 24-hour reminder, and an optional 1-hour reminder if you enable it;
  • a payment confirmation when a payment for your appointment is received.

Quiet hours. We don’t send appointment texts between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Central Time. A text that comes due overnight is sent after 8:00 AM, and only if it still applies. The one exception is a confirmation of something you have just done yourself, such as a booking you make late in the evening.

Message frequency varies. A typical appointment receives 2 to 4 messages: a confirmation, up to two reminders, and a payment confirmation when one applies. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any appointment text to unsubscribe immediately. You may also untick appointment texts on a reservation’s secure management page (that reservation only), or turn them off for every visit in Text preferences, at any time. Reply START from your phone to resume them later.

Your mobile number and your opt-in are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
